Dear Community Residents,

It is a genuine privilege for me to serve as Superintendent for the North Babylon Public Schools. The confidence and trust our Board of Education and the community have placed in me is both inspiring and gratifying.

Having attended Marion Vedder Elementary School in kindergarten many years ago, I view this wonderful opportunity to lead our school system as truly "a coming home".

Prior to my official start date, I was fortunate to spend much quality time in the district meeting with Dr. Laria and other officials. I also attended the high school holiday concert as well as PTA and other meetings in order to learn as much as possible about our schools. What I have learned during the past several months is that the students, staff and community that comprise the North Babylon School District are very talented indeed. We are poised to make even greater strides than seen recently and I am committed to making sure that our students continue to have opportunities to shine.

Once again, I wish to thank our community for entrusting this crucial position to me. I will work tirelessly to see that the North Babylon Schools remain a vanguard and to ensure that our school system is the very finest it can be.
