Kevin Glynn Named Assistant Principal of Robert Moses Middle School

The North Babylon School District is pleased to welcome Kevin Glynn as the new assistant principal of Robert Moses Middle School.

Mr. Glynn brings nearly two decades of experience in public education. He began his teaching career in 2007 and spent the majority of his career in the South Country Central School District, where he served as a sixth-grade teacher and teacher leader. Throughout his tenure, he focused on creating positive learning environments and improving student achievement.

In addition to his classroom experience, Mr. Glynn has led curriculum initiatives, analyzed student achievement data, coordinated school improvement efforts and mentored colleagues. He holds New York State School Building Leader certification and is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive and engaging school community where every student has the opportunity to succeed.

“I am truly honored to join the North Babylon School District and become part of the Robert Moses Middle School community,” Mr. Glynn said. “From my very first interactions with district leaders and staff, I was struck by the incredible sense of community that defines North Babylon: a genuine commitment to students, families and one another. I believe strong relationships, high expectations and collaboration are the foundation of student success, and I look forward to working alongside our talented staff, students and families to build on the school’s many strengths while ensuring every child feels supported, challenged and inspired to reach their full potential.”

Mr. Glynn looks forward to partnering with students, families, faculty and the greater North Babylon community as he begins his new role.
