Robert Moses Middle School is seeking a dedicated, student-centered Registered School Nurse to join our educational team for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support the health, safety, and well-being of approximately 900 middle school students in grades 6–8.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and first aid to students and staff.
- Assess and manage student health concerns and medical emergencies.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and district policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
- Monitor and support students with chronic health conditions, including asthma, diabetes, allergies, and seizure disorders.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, counselors, teachers, and administrators to support student health needs.
- Ensure compliance with New York State immunization requirements and health regulations.
- Participate in health screenings, emergency preparedness planning, and school safety initiatives.

Qualifications
- Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse (RN) License required.
