Gift Card Winners

Optimum generously donated $30,000 in DonorsChoose gift cards to North Babylon Schools as a way to thank the incredible educators for the remarkable work they do. The donation included 200 gift cards, each worth $150, to help secure the resources needed for classrooms. This donation not only provides much-needed resources to enhance learning environments but also serves as a heartfelt acknowledgment of the hard work and dedication of teachers. North Babylon held a free raffle for any teacher interested. Many of our teachers have shared their plans to use the gift cards to fund innovative projects and enhance the educational experience for their students. Winners were from every school building and every area from pre-K to 12th grade. Classroom teachers, teachers in every subject area including physical education, support staff, cosmetology, science, social studies, English language arts, math, technology, business, family and consumer science, librarians, art, music, World Languages, special education and English as a new language.
