Budget Vote PSA

Students in the North Babylon High School Television Broadcasting class recently produced an exclusive interview with Superintendent of Schools Dr. Kenneth Graham to discuss the upcoming school budget vote and a change in the polling location. Under the guidance of their teacher James Avila, the student-led production showcased their skills both on and off camera. Ayden Sproul was the on-air interviewer, while Myriam Abbas worked the switchboard, Gabriel Rivera ran the sound/teleprompter, Joshua Castelli produced the graphics and Milani Russell and Kasey Ferris were operating the camera.

Shakespeare Comes to North Babylon

On April 7, North Babylon High School English and theatre students attended a performance of William Shakespeare's “Macbeth.” The nationally renowned Shakespeare and Company from the Berkshires performed for students and also hosted a workshop and question-and-answer session. Special thanks to Ms. Drance, Ms. O'Brien and Mr. Schulz for bringing Shakespeare to North Babylon.
